Additionally, we employ a salt-precipitation method to remove excess glycerol and impurities, allowing for the rapid and efficient production of high-purity and safe soap.

Our developed continuous saponification system and batch saponification system cater to different forms of soap, operating in customer facilities worldwide. The systems incorporate flow meters, scales, temperature, and piezoelectric displays, coupled with automatic feeding computer control and monitoring systems, to guarantee material quality and maintain stable production output along the assembly
